About The Canteen
Situated at the back of the fabulous Domestic Science shop, right in the middle of Nailsworth, The Canteen is tucked away but always busy. A hidden gem!
We have lots of choice on the old-favourites menu and the ever-changing specials board, and many of our menu items are gluten free, especially the home made cakes. We have plenty of vegetarian and vegan choices too.
The cake table is always loaded with delicious goodies such as chocolate brownies, tiffin and rocky road, all home made right here in our kitchen.
Our coffee is bought from ethical supplier Easy Jose, and we also offer a great array of non-caffeinated drinks, including herbal teas and superfood lattes.
The whole place has a great atmosphere, for young and old alike, and we also open some evenings.
We are proud to have served our fabulous customers for nearly a decade, and love to welcome new faces who have been tempted in by our delicious cakes and freshly-cooked meals.
